Analysis & exploitation

Transform each piece of information into actionable knowledge.

Collecting information is not enough. The challenge is to qualify it, organize it and make it available to the right people at the right time. Curebot transforms the continuous flow of raw information into a structured, collaborative and actionable knowledge base.

Your teams collect hundreds of pieces of information each week. But how many are actually used? How many end up forgotten in a stream that no one re-reads?

The real challenge is not finding information, it's capitalizing on it. Rigid classification systems create silos. Personal folders compartmentalize expertise. And when a team member leaves, their knowledge goes with them.

What's needed is a system that allows everyone to freely qualify information, find it instantly and share it while respecting the organization's confidentiality rules.

Qualify freely with a tag system designed for action

In Curebot, each resource can be qualified with three types of tags, each serving a distinct purpose:

Hashtags (#) describe the content of the resource: what it discusses, what issues it addresses, what entities it mentions. They allow you to categorize information, associate a tone or degree of importance with it. Examples: #Energy #Wind #France #Investments

Mention tags (@) notify a user or group about the relevance of a resource. The mentioned person receives an email notification at their chosen frequency. Examples: @Alice @marketing.team @executive.board

Les tags mention (@) notifient un utilisateur ou un groupe de l'intérêt d'une ressource. La personne mentionnée reçoit une notification par email, avec la fréquence qu'elle a choisie. Exemples : @Alice @equipe.marketing @codir

Each qualification can be made public, restricted to a group, or completely private. Multiple visibility levels can coexist on the same resource. An analyst can tag information publicly while attaching a confidential comment reserved for their team.

What this changes for you: each user qualifies according to their business logic, without rigidity. Information circulates where it is useful, with the right level of confidentiality.

Ready to structure the exploitation of your monitoring?

Discover how Curebot transforms your organization's information flow into a shared and actionable knowledge base. In just a few minutes, set up your first tags and intelligent folders.

Find everything instantly thanks to intelligent folders

Smartfolders automatically group qualified resources according to the criteria you define. Each time a new resource matches your criteria, it automatically appears in the folder. Without any manual action.

Define the entry conditions for each folder: a tag or a boolean combination of tags, one or more authors, the presence of comments, specific keywords... Combine parameters to create folders as precise as your needs require.

Create as many folders and subfolders as necessary. There is no limit. Compose a thematic library that feeds dynamically with resources you and your collaborators find relevant.

What this changes for you: you no longer classify manually. You define the rules once, and your folders fill themselves as the entire organization's qualification activity progresses.

Enrich information with analysis and exchanges

Qualification is not limited to tags. Each user can associate their analysis with resources through enriched comments, formatted in markdown, with embedded images, downloadable files and advanced formatting.

Comments are spaces for exchange. Each comment can be replied to, creating discussion threads directly on the information. Curebot Assistant, the generative AI module, is accessible from comments to assist users in writing their analyses: automatic summary, credibility analysis, extraction of key facts, prospective analysis.

Add attachments of any format (studies, infographics, whitepapers, interviews...) to put collected content into perspective. Each added element (tag, comment, attachment) can have its own visibility level: public, restricted to a group, or private.

What this changes for you: raw information becomes collective knowledge. Your experts' analyses no longer remain in scattered emails or files. They are attached directly to the relevant resource and accessible to those who need them.

A unique resource, zero duplication

In Curebot, each information resource exists uniquely thanks to a canonical URL resolution system. When the same information is detected by multiple bots or added by multiple users, it appears only once with all of its centralized qualifications.

The system follows redirects, retrieves the canonical URL, and consolidates sharing metadata. You thus consult a single rich piece of information, not ten scattered duplicates.

A clustering module allows you to go further by identifying resources dealing with the same subject. Configure the algorithm, number of resources, time period and other options to visualize trends and key information within your corpus.

What this changes for you: all the intelligence produced on a topic is consolidated in one place. When a new team member consults a resource, they immediately see everything your organization has said about it.

Intelligent suggestions to qualify faster

Qualifying hundreds of resources can be time-consuming. Curebot speeds up this work with two assistance mechanisms.

Auto-completion proposes the most relevant tags based on those already used in the platform. The user is encouraged to reuse existing tags, which naturally creates a collectively shared grammar.

Tag suggestions analyze the content of the consulted resource and identify the most similar resources in the index. Tags placed on these similar resources are then proposed with a relevance score. One click is enough to add them.

What this changes for you: qualification becomes faster, more consistent and more productive. The intelligence already present in your knowledge base is redistributed when it is useful.

From tags to action: the remobilization mechanism

Tags do not serve only to categorize. They are the pivot that automates information circulation throughout the platform.

A resource tagged +Newsletter by a contributor automatically appears in the corresponding section of the editorial newsletter. A #Hydrogen hashtag brings the resource up in the thematic Smartfolder, which in turn feeds a shared monitoring portal. A @executive.board mention tag triggers a notification to board members.

This remobilization mechanism is at the heart of Curebot. Each qualification act simultaneously feeds folders, portals and newsletters without any additional manipulation.

What this changes for you: you qualify once. Information automatically circulates to all the spaces where it is expected.
