How INSEEC uses collaborative monitoring as a lever for the development of soft skills

The OMNES Education group's training systems carry the values of collective intelligence as a driver of the transformation and development of organizations and people. After having been a pioneer in the integration of digital technology into the journey of its learners, the group wishes to continue its innovation efforts by putting information management at the service of individual and collective success.

Curebot has been made available to learners enrolled in CSR courses, to Sales-Marketing, to educational experts and speakers as well as to administrative supervisors. They were able to be supported in getting to grips with the platform and in setting up the first monitoring elements. EspritsCollaboratives also assisted administrators and educational supervisors in the definition and implementation of the collaborative monitoring system in the two courses concerned.

Results and impacts

Learners' awareness of the importance of monitoring and information management in their daily operational lives.
Appropriation of the complete information management cycle (research, monitoring, enrichment, analysis, capitalization and dissemination).
Collective construction of an informational commons made available to the school's alumni network and learners' companies.
Dissemination of relevant information and associated collective analysis via newsletters

As director of the INM - Strategic and Digital Marketing - program at the French Institute of Management (IFG executive education), the INSEEC U group's professional training division, I wanted to offer learners a transformative and engaging experience, by integrating collaborative information monitoring and management practices at the heart of learning paths. The aim is to set up communities of practice in which information, knowledge and skills are shared and enriched among peers. To develop this pedagogical thread around monitoring and collaboration activities, which are decisive in the context of the company, we chose to call on EspritsCollaboratives.

Their collaborative monitoring and collective intelligence platform Curebot is perfectly adapted to the context and needs of the IFG: ergonomic and mobile-first, it proved to be easy for learners to use, allowing them to quickly master the complete monitoring cycle in complete autonomy. They were thus able to collectively produce their first deliverables (newsletter, reports, studies, etc.) on topics of importance to their companies (CSR, business development, etc.). The learners thus grasped the importance of information in the dynamics of collaboration and in their daily operational life, whether to develop their knowledge and skills or to inform their decisions and actions. One of the lessons learned from this experience is the awareness that collaborative monitoring is an essential strategic activity. And like any activity, it should be integrated into your daily life.
